Breakfast at Danish Pastry House

今朝は何か甘いものが食べたくなって、家の近所にある Danish Pastry House へ朝ごはんを食べに行きました。 This morning I craved something sweet, so we went to Danish Pastry House near our house for the breakfast.

ここはデンマークのケーキやパンのお店なのですが、それ以外のカップケーキやタルトなどもあります。 This cafe, as its name indicates, offers Danish pastries, but also has cup cakes, tarts, etc.

左のポピーシードののったものはデンマークのパン (お菓子？)。 The left ones with poppy seeds (Thebirkes) are the Danish pastry.

これはマジパンでできているのでしょうか？ Are these marzipan?

夫はフルーツタルト。タルトの生地がクッキーのようにしっかりしたものでした。 My husband ordered the fruit tart.  The tart dough was like cookie (not bad).

私はApple Bear Claw (熊の爪) というあまいパンというかパイのようなものを食べました。これは甘過ぎなくておいしかったです。 I had the Apple Bear Claw.  It was not too sweet and good!
